Introduction
Welcome to Deliverly. Deliverly is a technology platform that allows users to publish and discover delivery requests, parcel transportation opportunities, and non-commercial ride-sharing requests.
Deliverly only provides a digital marketplace and connection tool. Deliverly does not provide transportation, courier, taxi, logistics, delivery, shipping, passenger transport, payment, escrow, insurance, or communication services.
All arrangements between users, including communication, pricing, payment, pickup, delivery, ride details, legality, safety, insurance, and responsibility for items or passengers, are made directly between the users outside the platform.
Platform Role Only
Deliverly is not a party to any agreement between users.
We do not:
employ drivers or couriers;
supervise deliveries or rides;
guarantee that any user will complete a delivery or ride;
process, collect, hold, refund, or guarantee payments;
provide insurance;
verify the legality of any specific delivery, parcel, ride, route, vehicle, user, or transaction;
accept responsibility for loss, theft, damage, delay, injury, fraud, robbery, misconduct, or disputes between users.
Users use Deliverly at their own risk.
User Responsibility
By using Deliverly, you agree that you are solely responsible for:
complying with all applicable laws and regulations in Israel;
ensuring you have any license, permit, registration, insurance, vehicle approval, or authorization required by law;
checking the identity, reliability, and suitability of other users;
agreeing on payment and terms directly with the other user;
ensuring that parcels, goods, rides, routes, vehicles, and arrangements are lawful and safe;
deciding whether to proceed with any delivery or ride.
Deliverly does not give legal, tax, insurance, transport, or safety advice.
Ride-Sharing and Passenger Transport
Deliverly does not operate a taxi service, ride-hailing service, public transportation service, chauffeur service, or commercial passenger transport service.
Any ride-related use of the app must be limited to lawful private arrangements, such as non-commercial ride coordination or cost-sharing, where permitted by applicable law.
Drivers and passengers are solely responsible for confirming that any ride, payment, reimbursement, route, frequency, insurance coverage, and vehicle use comply with Israeli law.
Drivers must not use Deliverly to provide illegal commercial passenger transport, unlicensed taxi services, or any transport service requiring a license unless they legally hold all required approvals.
Deliverly may remove or restrict ride-related listings if we believe they may violate applicable law, platform rules, or safety expectations.
Parcel Delivery and Goods
Users are solely responsible for the parcels and goods they send, carry, or receive.
Users must not use Deliverly for illegal, dangerous, stolen, restricted, prohibited, or regulated items.
The sender is responsible for accurately describing the parcel.
The carrier is responsible for deciding whether to accept the parcel.
Both users are responsible for agreeing on pickup, delivery, handling, timing, payment, and any proof of completion.
Deliverly does not inspect parcels and does not guarantee their content, condition, safety, legality, delivery, or value.
Recommended Prices
For parcel listings, Deliverly may display suggested or recommended price information for convenience only.
Recommended prices are informational, non-binding, and may be based on general factors such as distance, parcel size, market assumptions, or publicly available information.
Deliverly does not set prices, does not require users to follow recommended prices, and does not participate in payments or price negotiations.
For ride-related listings, users set their own terms directly, subject to applicable law.
Off-Platform Communication and Payments
Deliverly may display user contact details such as phone number or WhatsApp availability so users can communicate outside the app.
All communication, negotiation, payment, dispute resolution, refunds, cancellations, and arrangements happen directly between users.
Deliverly is not responsible for any off-platform communication, payment, fraud, non-payment, cancellation, dispute, threat, loss, theft, damage, delay, injury, or misconduct.
Identity Verification
Deliverly may require certain users, including users who want to accept delivery or ride opportunities, to complete identity verification.
Verification may include a selfie, ID document, driver license, passport, or other verification data.
Verification is used for platform integrity, fraud prevention, safety, and compliance purposes. However, verification does not mean that Deliverly guarantees that a user is safe, trustworthy, licensed, insured, or legally allowed to perform any activity.
Users remain fully responsible for their own decisions and interactions.
User Content
Users may upload or publish content, including names, profile photos, vehicle photos, parcel photos, descriptions, pickup/drop-off information, and listing details.
You are responsible for all content you upload or publish.
You must not upload false, misleading, illegal, offensive, private, confidential, copyrighted, or harmful content.
By uploading content, you grant Deliverly a limited right to use, display, store, process, and transmit that content for operating and improving the platform.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Deliverly to:
violate any law or regulation;
provide unlicensed commercial transport services;
transport illegal, stolen, dangerous, prohibited, or restricted items;
commit fraud, theft, harassment, threats, violence, or impersonation;
misrepresent your identity, vehicle, location, pricing, or service;
bypass safety, verification, or compliance systems;
scrape, copy, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app;
use the app in a way that creates risk to users, the public, or Deliverly.
Safety Disclaimer
Deliverly does not guarantee the safety, reliability, legality, honesty, insurance, driving ability, vehicle condition, or conduct of any user.
Users should use common sense, verify details independently, avoid unsafe situations, and comply with applicable law.
No Insurance
Deliverly does not provide insurance for parcels, goods, vehicles, drivers, passengers, injuries, losses, theft, damage, delays, or payments.
Users are responsible for obtaining any insurance required by law or appropriate for their activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deliverly, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:
user interactions;
deliveries or rides;
lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered parcels;
accidents, injuries, robbery, threats, fraud, or misconduct;
off-platform communication or payments;
inaccurate listings, prices, locations, or user information;
app errors, downtime, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Deliverly harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from:
your use of the app;
your interaction with another user;
your delivery, ride, payment, parcel, vehicle, or listing;
your violation of law;
your breach of these Terms;
your content or information.
Account Suspension
Deliverly may suspend, restrict, or remove any account or listing if we believe there is a legal, safety, fraud, privacy, platform integrity, or policy risk.
We may do this without prior notice where necessary.
Changes to the Service
Deliverly may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
The competent courts in Israel shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
